Scott Carver has been working on Altitude since its inception. Over this time, the projet has been designed into a benchmark residential address within the Belconnen Town Centre.

The design of the building and its signature tower embraces, in a broad and sinuous form, homes that connect with the surrounding lakeside environment and the wide expanse of views across the city of Canberra. The design of Altitude is underpinned by a sense of place and connection to the town centre whilst providing a new environment for living that is grounded with a rich landscape podium.

The striking tower form will stand tall above all others in the Belconnen Town Centre and establish a new iconic marker for the people of Belconnen.
